Your 14-day right of withdrawal
Under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you buy any of our paid plans — Teacher, School, or Lesson Pack.
When that right ends
Your withdrawal right ends the moment you download your first lesson PDF. This is the consent you give at checkout, and we record the timestamp of your first download against your account.
Until you download that first lesson — even if you have already paid — you can ask for a full refund with a single email. No form, no questions.
How to ask
Email hello@teachingrascals.com from the address on your account. Say you'd like to withdraw. We'll refund in full and close the account. Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your card within 5–10 working days.
If something breaks on our side
If a technical fault stops you from using the service, or you're charged twice for the same purchase, we'll refund whether or not you've downloaded a lesson. Same email address, same one-message turnaround.
Your statutory rights
Nothing on this page limits your rights as a consumer under Greek law or applicable EU consumer protection legislation. Teaching Rascals is a Greek sole proprietorship (Eleni Konstantelou · ΑΦΜ 135358098).
